Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a cost-effective way to manage back-in-stock alerts. The 14-day free trial for Notify Me really helped me test it out without commitment. I ended up going with the annual plan because it offered a pretty good discount compared to paying monthly. It felt like a solid investment for the features I got, especially with the pre-order buttons.

Decent app, a few minor snags

I tried Notify Me for its Inventory Recovery Tools and the SMS Restock Alerts. The core functionality, like getting those alerts out, worked fine. I did notice the custom notification templates could be a bit more intuitive to edit, I spent a little more time on that than I expected. The analytics dashboard is helpful for seeing what's happening. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about a theme conflict, which was good. Overall, it's a solid app for what it does, but a slightly smoother template editor would make it even better. Price was reasonable for the features.

Easy setup, worked well

I signed up for Notify Me a few weeks ago for my Shopify store. I mainly wanted the Back in Stock Alerts. It was pretty straightforward to get it installed and working. My customers have been using the waitlists, and I've seen some good results from that. No complaints, it just did what it said it would do. Setup was quick.

Does Notify Me slow down Shopify sites? Heard some apps do.

L LakshmiNair 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Nah, I haven't noticed any slowdown. It's pretty lightweight.

If you have a ton of apps it might, but Notify Me itself is usually not the culprit.

I don't have too many, so should be good.

Is the Shopify Plus integration for Notify Me any different or better?

S ShreyaDas 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
It's basically the same features, but built to handle the higher volume and complexity of Plus stores. More robust infrastructure.
8
S ShreyaDas 1 month ago
Shouldn't. It's designed for scale.
5
A ArjunMalhotra 1 month ago
So it won't break with tons of traffic?
8
K KabirKhan 1 month ago
Yeah, it's just ensuring it can keep up with the demands. No extra features for Plus, just better performance.

What's the main difference between Notify Me and other back in stock apps?

D DivyaSharma 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Notify Me has more features beyond just back in stock. Like preorders and wishlists all in one app. That's why I picked it.
18
D DivyaSharma 1 month ago
Exactly. Less apps to manage.

S SanjayKumar 1 month ago
So it's more of an all-in-one inventory recovery thing?

A AlokGupta 1 month ago
I found their customer support for setup really good, which wasn't always the case with others.

It's in the settings. You define the languages and translate the templates.

Okay, so manual translation then?

Notify Me's preorder feature - how does it handle Shopify inventory?

S SnehaGupta 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
It integrates directly. You set a product for preorder, and it manages the stock levels as preorders come in. Pretty smooth.

D DeepakKumar 1 month ago
So it won't mess up my regular stock count?

Can confirm, works well.

Anyone know if this app plays nice with Shopify Plus? My store gets a lot of traffic and I need something robust.

L Lisa Reyes 3 months ago
Definitely compatible with Plus, that's what I'm running it on. No issues with scaling or anything like that.

B Beth 3 months ago
i think it does? most big shopify apps usually support plus these days, especially ones focused on inventory.
